Our story was born in the world of Italian hospitality, among grand hotels,
historic cocktail bars and iconic venues that marked an era.

Our family experience began at the highest level of service, from cruise ships to legendary Italian venues such as Caffè Donei in Florence and PG93 in Empoli. Over the years, this culture was strengthened through hotel management, training and collaborations with leading hospitality institutions.

This is where our vision comes from: wine, spirits and cocktails are not only products. They are part of a culture built on service, selection, experience and respect for the HoReCa world.

Luca Simoncini moved to Bangkok and built an import/export
business in the HoReCa sector across Asia, developing a network
on the ground in China and Southeast Asia.

The business expanded into wine and food, representing selected wineries
from Tuscany, Piedmont, and Veneto in demanding international markets.

Lorenzo Simoncini joined, strengthening the commercial direction and accelerating international development. Working directly in Asian markets,
he turned product into sales: positioning, pricing and strategies that perform.
The lesson: good wines are not enough; structure, movement and positioning
create consistent business.

By 2022, we were managing many partner wineries across Europe and technical support became essential. Andrea Fontanelli joined the team as enologist, providing a strong technical base for selection and helping develop wineries
and portfolios with market-ready balance.

In 2025, after a long collaboration, Gary Liu joined the team full time to add even more strength. A commercial agent and sommelier with deep tasting skill and market knowledge, he supports growth across Asia, Australia and New Zealand, bringing technical precision and strategic execution.
